OUR PROCESS

We’ll spend up to 2 hours identifying every action that needs to happen prior to listing the house for sale. A detailed written report follows within 48 hours.

We’ll return to the house when the staging prep activities are complete to style it to perfection just prior to photos.

We’ll coordinate all of the moving pieces involved with preparing a home for sale, including vendor communication, finishes selection, and project timeline management.

Short for Occupied Home/Vacant Room, our OHVR Staging service allows us to stage otherwise vacant rooms from top to bottom while sellers continue to live in other parts of the house.
OHVR Staging is available only upon offer after the completion of a consultation.
