Staging is an investment, but it shouldn’t have to be paid for out-of-pocket. We’re honored to be working with Titus to offer both our sellers and agents the ability to defer payment of staging until close, in a way that’s completely independent of any individual brokerage. This provides our clients with a simple, elegant solution for accessing the staging they need without tying up valuable funds.

Sellers can access either $25,000 or $50,000 to use for listing preparation, including staging, based on the equity in their home and their credit score.
