Heather and her husband live in South Natick, Massachusetts, with their two children and their dog, Bo. As a veteran of the corporate world with 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, change management, communications, and customer success, Heather combines her extensive business acumen with her love of design and home staging expertise to create customer experiences that both delight and deliver results.

Heather holds her BA from Babson College, MBA from Boston University, SDP (Staging Design Professional) certification from Staging Studio, and her interior design certification from AID Academy. Additionally, she holds a Change Management Professional certification from PROSCI, is a Six Sigma Green Belt for excellence in operations, and is an accomplished public speaker having commanded stages with audiences of thousands.
