How do you join the society? Just send us a message here and we’ll send you your unique code. When you refer a friend to us and we stage their property:

• Your friend will receive $100 off their staging package, and

• You’ll receive a $100 reward yourself! Rewards can be used in the following ways:

  • Gift it to your friend

  • Donate it to charity

  • Receive a $100 gift card of your choice

118 CLUB

FOR REAL ESTATE PARTNERS

We love our real estate partners and think it’s important to show that love in ways that light us all up!

The 118 Club is for our real estate partners who refer clients to us for staging. There are several ways we show the love to our 118 Club Members:

WHEN YOUR CLIENTS STAGE WITH US:

You’ll receive a $250 reward for each client who contracts their staging to us. Rewards can be:

• Gifted to your current client,

• Donated to charity, or

• Banked for later use

118 Club Rewards are a wallet-friendly way to help you clients offset the cost of staging and encourage them to take the steps needed to achieve a top dollar sale. Use them now or save them for later - they never expire.

WHEN YOU REFER 5+ CLIENTS:

Any 118 Club member who refers 5 or more clients who’s homes we stage will become a 118 Club VIP. VIPs receive complimentary walk-and-talk consultations for all of their clients. All of them. There is no limit to complimentary consultations because there is no limit to our love for you!

WHEN YOU REFER SOMEONE WHO IS NOT YOUR CLIENT:

You’ll receive a $100 reward that can be used in the same ways as outlined above.
