Heather Russo

Heather wasn’t the child who grew up rearranging her bedroom every weekend or wallpapering her Barbie Dream House with magazine cutouts. Creativity didn’t show up in the traditional ways you often hear about in entrepreneurial origin stories.

In 2019, Heather was an insurance executive with an MBA, juggling a growing family in a second-floor Brookline condo that no longer fit their life. They needed to sell, and they needed to sell well. She immersed herself in home staging, applied her operational instincts, and - with the help of a great agent - sold quickly and for 10% over asking.

When that agent said, “You should really do this for a living,” something clicked.
Glen Street wasn’t born that day, but it became inevitable.

Today, Heather brings decades of executive-level experience to the way she leads and designs. She approaches every project with a blend of strategy, aesthetic intelligence, and human understanding - creating work that is both visually compelling and deeply aligned with how buyers think and make decisions.

Her design philosophy is rooted in clarity, warmth, and quiet luxury - guiding sellers and agents toward market-ready homes that gain traction organically, intentionally, and consistently. Under her leadership, Glen Street has become a trusted business partner for clients who want their listings to stand out for all the right reasons.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and calm, clear communication style, Tony is deeply skilled at bringing order to complex environments and creating systems that allow teams to operate with clarity and confidence.

Tony brings this experience to strengthen Glen Street's internal systems, refine workflows, support legal and business decisions, and create the kind of organized, thoughtful infrastructure that allows our creative and client-facing work to thrive. His strategic mindset and people-first leadership style help support the sustainable growth of our team and the elevated experience we provide to agents and sellers throughout Greater Boston.
