
OUR STAGING PROCESS
Our clear, precise, and transparent staging process brings in top dollar offers with minimal stress.
STEP 1: PLAN
In the “Plan” phase of our occupied staging process, we’ll perform a 1 hour strategic staging assessment (often referred to a s a “staging consultation”) of your property to identify what needs to be done to achieve top dollar results. .All Glen Street clients start here - it’s how we get to know you, your space, and your selling goals.
A detailed written report will be delivered to both clients and the listing agent within 48 hours of the assessment. As part of this report, we will provide you with a custom proposal for executing the room-by-room staging strategy that will generate the highest possible return by increasing the market value of your home. Upon acceptance, we will secure your install day and collect your 50% staging deposit.
STEP 2: PREP
You’ll work through any recommendations on your staging consultation report while we plan the staging design, or you can enlist us to manage the entire process for you. This phase takes a minimum of two weeks to ensure we’re delivering the best possible results to our clients. When there’s a lot to do this step can feel overwhelming, but we’ll be there to help you wherever you need it. Don’t worry - we’ve got you!
STEP 3: PRESENT
Once the coast (or house) is clear, we’ll style your home to attract as many high quality offers as possible. We’ll work with your current furnishings and/or carefully and intentionally integrate our furnishings with your home to create a look that will attract a broad range of buyers. Any remaining payment is collected prior to your staging day.
STEP 4: PROFIT
Once you are under agreement and all contingencies have been removed, we’ll come back to remove all staging items, cleaning up after ourselves as we go (we require 10 business day’ notice for removal). When you close, we’ll celebrate right along with you!
