Formal dining spaces are back - but that doesn’t mean buyers want them to feel formal. This dining room was nestled off of the kitchn and open to the living room, making it more than a breakfast nook but not a full formal dining room. Using the seller’s existing dining set and sideboard (pulled in from another room) we brought in all the extras to stage this dining room, providing the dedicated dining space today’s sellers are seeking but with a casual feel that makes it liveable.
