This second floor bedroom used to have stark white walls and dark green carpet. We recommended a new, lighter carpet and a softer paint color with a high LRV (Benjamin Moore’s Balboa Mist) to brighten up the space. Crisp, white bedding, natural woven lamps, and the seller’s own antique writing desk and end tables came together beautifully to stage this formerly dark room as a light, bright, welcoming guest space.
