This living room had great bones, it just needed a little help to make it shine. Removing the the television and rearranging some of the existing furniture created a focal point on those amazing windows. Removing the valances allowed all of that beautiful natural light to shine through (which always has a favorable impression on buyers). Bringing in large scale accents, such as the tripod lamp and oversized canvas art, emphasized the height of the cathedral ceilings and filled the space without allowing it to feel cluttered. New shades on the chandelier and a light styling of the bookcase were the finishing touches that showcased this room’s true potential and helped buyers to fall in love with this home!
