Heather Russo

Heather was never the child who rearranged her bedroom 25 times before the age of 9. Or who wallpapered every room of her Barbie Dream House with images cut out from the latest issue of Teen Vogue. Or any other platitude that typically defines the early years of a creative female entrepreneur.  

In 2019, Heather was an insurance executive who really, truly, very badly needed to sell her second floor condo in Brookline and move her growing family to the suburbs. 

Knowing they could never get top dollar with a crib in the dining room and toys everywhere, Heather dove in and gave herself a crash course in home staging. With the help of a top-notch real estate agent, Heather and her husband, Tony, sold the condo quickly and for 10% over asking. When that real estate agent commented, “You should really do this for a living!” a fire was lit under her and there was no going back - in that moment, Glen Street became an inevitability.

Today, Heather uses her decades of executive-level experience to craft Glen Street as a vital business partner for each and every client. With designs that are stunning, data-driven, and filled with warmth, Glen Street has become their clients’ secret weapon for ensuring their listings gain traction both organically and intentionally.
